In 1963, Ernest Woodie opened a single service station on Independence Blvd. at Albermarle Road in Charlotte. From there, Woodie Enterprises, Inc. began. Decades later, the family business continues to grow with 19 tire and auto repair locations in and around the Charlotte area. As the largest family owned and operated tire and auto repair facility in the area, Woodie’s remains dedicated to treating its customers and employees like family.
